    If publishing all of them is take too much of your time, than only a 20x40 Z mount for wheels, and 20x40 z mount for nylon inserts. I want to try to speed-up this build to 150-180mm/s, but on 100 it's already vibrating a lot. I have two spare 20x40 pieces for Z axis, want to try them because if i use 20x20 they play a lot when bed is moving.

    I don't have a drawing for nylon inserts. I am using lead screws.

    I am making some design changes that you might be interested in for getting the speed up. I am using a Nimble extruder, Piezo Probe, and Berd-Air for part cooling. I have reduced the weight of the carriage from 420g to 180g. That should allow for some faster printing.

    Here is a picture of the two carriages. The old one on the left used a Titan extruder.

    +Elmo do you have an STL for your Aero Titan extruder mount? I have a customer who wants to convert to that extruder.

    Hello Keith,
    talking about the plate size and thickness versus weight (320x220mm plate, 6062 alluminium, specific wieght 2,7g/cm3):

    320x220x3mm = 570gr.
    320x220x5mm = 950gr.

    is it quite a thickness of 3mm or better 5mm, considering the traction force that is created between the two plates given by the adjusting springs? If 3mm, can the support plate bend ?

    I'm going to buy one from my hardware shop here in Italy...

    If I had of had access to a 5mm plate, I would have used it. The weight on the Y axis is not as critical as the X in this design. If you use a 6mm tool plate for the bed, that is where most of the weight will be.

    Why the Y weight is not critical as the X axis? In my design I planned all the same movements and speed for X and Y axis..

    Anyway I planned to lighten it (the 5mm model) doing some holes, when the mount on the rails will be completed

    Probably worded that poorly. Weight is critical, but the extra weight between the 3mm and 5mm plate is very small compared to the weight of the tool plate.

    I like this build and have plenty of parts available to make it. Are you sharing the files?

    I am planning on it. I'll be starting a new build with the files. I have just recently completed the new build, but because it is not using the glide system, I didn't want to confuse things by using that name. Right now I have some family issues I need to take care of and hopefully I will get the files posted here by the end of the month.

    I had a custromer ask me to redesign his TrueUp Glide for 20x40 Z upright using v-wheels. Here's what we came up with. The SKP is the entire thing assembled.

    Keith or Elmo, do either of you sell just the printed parts? I'm interested in purchasing them.
