    Hello,

Does anyone know where I could get heavy duty slotted rail as in this video?

I want to build a tractor rack for my 40,000 psi hydro blaster similar to this, it needs to be heavy duty as there is at least 120lbs force from the jets and simple as it will be used for boiler cleaning a lot of debris and water will be falling all over it potentially clogging the guide rollers etc.

StoneAge Bundle Blaster Shell Side Exchanger Cleaning

    Thanks in advance

Would need to be air powered also, there systems are very expensive and it doesnt do what I want anywaybut the basic tractor rack and pinion is what I need to start with

This is more the exact design I am trying to build the rotation is different on this track machine. It's using 20k psi with prob 30 gpm much higher forces than a 40k with 10gpm but my 40k will clean much faster and better

This one was custom made, the Stoneage set up is about $30k

OK Thanks, its given me an idea of what to do, The Stoneage unit is very basic more for horizonal cleaning, the MPW unit was custom made to go in boilers cyclones has a 2D cleaning head mounted on 2 I beams, you prob could use 3 I beams on rollers with tractor carriage drives on each in 10 foot lenghts to get some real distance.

The MPW unit has a support stand that goes inside the cyclone
