    Hello all.

I hope someone can Help ....please..... I'm getting Crazy
I added some screenshots of the motors and setup.

First of all I love my machine... but I have some problems getting my motors to run smooth after cconfiguring.
Let me first explain where I bought my motors and my setup.

    C-Beam X-large fro Tronixmaker Belgium

Motor, Controller and board from German Ebay:
    2.5Nm Nema23 Schrittmotor CNC 4 Achse 5A TB6600HG Endstufe Professionell 36V 10A
    2.5Nm Nema23 Schrittmotor CNC 4 Achse 5A TB6600HG Endstufe Professionell 36V 10A | eBay

    Software: Mach3

I received a PDF from the manufacture to use these settings.
    3rd_5Axis_Breakout_Board_Main_Settings_En.pdf

Had some problems first with the motor running smooth and loosing steps in Mach3......but after reading some good tutorials I found it was related to windows GUI setting to classic....( good tip to all other users).

Set Default Units for Setup: in MM's

In Mach3 settings Motor tuning and setup:
Steps per: 750 Velocity: 100 Acceleration: 15 Step Pulse: 5 Dir Pulse: 5
I tried to increase the Steps per: to 2000.......but than the motor jerk and run crasy.

when jogging using the MPG Jog in Mach3 or on the Keyboard of the Computer....all Motors run like a charm...real nice.....so fare so good.
Now when I try to calibrate my Machine.....that it runs accurate in mm's...it happens..........the Motors getting really slow.
I go back in the Motor tuning and setup in MAch3....the Steps per ( was 750) changed to like 24 steps per...and it runs sooooo slow now!!

    Now what I do wrong????
Something with the controllers....wrong jumper settings???

Strange is that all runs smooth when I jog the MPG in Mach3.....
I hope that someone has a good tip...configuring my setup.....

    Thank you all.
