    That is awesome, I like how you designed it to be swapable with a router. Any pics of items engraved or cut?

    Sorry, but no not yet.

    I am currently searching for some plywood or so to start some cutting / engraving
    I also need a different workpiece carrier - something like a "blade table" or just some Aluminum foil.
    ....but this might be to reflective and the Laser will be all over in the room.
    Enclosing the machine with "LASER shield" seems to be the way!

    I only focused the laser so far and I only managed to burn a spot into my dining table ;-)
    (The Laser was about 15cm away from the surface and switched on for about 2 seconds - focused somewhere)

    JTech has some good cutting and engraving docu you can check.
    It might be a while until I get these results ;-)
