    You guy reference a YouTube video for everything and a forum so if a person that is doing the video is wrong my warranty is void? Ill watch the video again and if he doesnt say anything about which wire goes where than what?

    Re-check the box it came in, on the inside of the lid (as you open it you can't miss it, right next to where the BlackBox lies) - normal link as well as a QR code to docs.openbuilds.com/blackbox

    can you help me please my machine can not connect to my computer. I have tried everything new controller re wires no luck please help me

    Yea did that already I am waiting for a reply. oh and just a heads up the new controller you told me to get cause of my old ones demise still wont connect. i guess I wont be getting that $200 bucks back

    Unfortunately I am unable to assist, we prefer you work with Support to get the best experience possible, in light of previous rounds of communication. Thanks. They will get back to you. In the meantime, do review documentation, there is a FAQ option for USB connection issues (seperate, not attended to yet - your other issue was reverse polarity wiring causing failure to power up - that we worked on looking into the cause. We haven't done any work toward the USB issue at all in the old thread)

    2) Did you give a bit of time, team working through tickets and will usually get to you in a reasonable timeframe.
