Automatic probe stops after Z

    I’m using the x32 black box, and the xyz touch probe plus. Everything is working fine untill I run the automatic probe. I follow the instructions and get it in place then hit confirm and probe. It will move over and probe z. The green light comes on and that’s it. In the control software it shows the job still running. It just sits there not moving on to x,y. I’ve checked the wiring and the troubleshooting tab to make sure it’s making contact and it is. Not seeing errors or anything. Any ideas?

    Ok finally had time to try this, and am running into another issue. Per intruction, download new control, and followed update intructions. and receive this error. I've tried different usb cables, moved them far away from any power cables to no avail. Also im on a 2020 Macbook Pro if that matters at all. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

    Any chance you have a Windows machine nearby?
    If not, the error complains Python is not installed. ESPtool uses python.
