Software for blackbox and killerbee CNC

    I am in the process of building my killerbee CNC and have decided to use the Openbuilds Blackbox.

    I now need to establish what software I need.

    Perhaps I should explain what I wish to achieve so others can advise me what to try. I just want to do text on wood, so 2D software to start off with.

    Interested in both free and paid.

    I think you will want to be able to V carve your text, look up the difference between 2D text and V carving.
    The way I do it is SVG files from inkscape or any other source and Estlcam. I'm not sure if Opencam can V-carve yet?
