    Good Day everyone,

I purchased a 1515 machine back in February 2022. I am having nothing but trouble in regards to leveling the spoil board. I am using MDF and cutting it into 3 separate pieces and attaching to L Brackets as suggested. The spoil board has also been flattened and leveled.

I can successfully cut a smaller piece with no issues, its when I go to cut a larger piece (which is why I purchased this bigger machine) it seems to cut unevenly in the depths. I am particularly noticing that it dips in the middle, therefore it doesn't cut out properly. I have releveled 3 spoil boards and it seems to be doing the same thing every time.

I have read through other's threads regarding similar issues, however nothing has seemed to work for myself.

Is there anyone that might have an idea as to why this dips so much.

    Thank you in advance.

As a matter of interest, what router are you using?

The dip in the middle indicates that the gantry, possibly, sags in the middle, most likely from the weight of the spindle/router, so Christian's questions is very valid.
