I just got my new LEAD 1515 set up, YA! So I put a piece of MDF on it and ran the Surfacing wizard... needles to say it is completely out of tram. So, how do I fix this, I can't see how to even loosen the router mount without taking everything apart; HELP!

Alignment along the X axis is done by raising or lowering the vertical uprights on one side or the other until the X axis rails are perfectly parallel to the imaginary XY plane
Alignment along the Y axis is done by ensuring the vertical uprights on both sides are perfectly perpendiculat to the imaginary XY plane - there is a bit of wiggle room as you tighten them to the plates

It pays off to use a square during initial assembly, step by step making sure to build each section as accurately as possible.

Do not shim/adjust the router mount - if the axis its moving on is out of square, correcting the router would still result in issues. The router mount is perfectly square and perpendicular to the Z carriage: Ensure further down the line that Z is square to X and then that X is square to Y, and also that the 4 corners of the Y axis rails form a perfectly flat level.

Okay, I guess this is a way to make some adjustments, But! it is still not possible to access the lower screws holding the uprights to the gantry plats while it is all assembled, and if things couldn't get any worse for me... I dropped two T-nuts to the bottom of the each upright. I know I should have been more careful when loosening the screws, but the damage is done, what do I do now! I wish I had been more cognizant of this before I completed the build.
