Whenever I turn on my 220V VFD spindle, it messes with the TouchPad mouse on my laptop. I can plug in a USB wired mouse and it will work fine.

As mentioned, it's 220 and plugged in to its power source.

    Has anyone run into this?

    Thanks Peter

I've ordered some Ferrite cores; I will see if they help. I don't have any issue with my other setup... it's running a 110V VFD spindle.

    Check the Earthing
Perhaps the 240v outlet has no/bad earth? Is the VFD and Spindle body Earthed?
