I make my own plasma with CNC workbee 1010 and Blackbox

I put Relay jumper to M8/M9 and i use it to put on my plasma

I try to cut a rectangle 30x40mm and when i post process i have this code

    G53 G0 Z-10
    G0 X42.5 Y-4.33 F800
    G0 X42.5 Y-4.33 Z7.5
    G38.2 Z-10 F100
    G10 L20 Z-3.8
    G0 Z2.5
    M8
    G4 P3.
    G1 Z1.5 F800
    G1 X40 Y0 S1000
    X0 Y0
    X0 Y30
    X40 Y30
    X40 Y0
    X37.5 Y-4.33
    M9
    G0 Z7.5
    M5
    G0 X0 Y0
    M30

So the post process don't take the crop line width ? I change it if put 1mm or 4mm i have the same post process

Second question, Some time M9 to stop my plasma at the end of cut don't work end plasma stay on. What can do that ?

    thank you

I think you are talking about kerf width. If so, I cant reproduce your issue. Please respond with your fusion file and tell us what version of the post processor you are using.

You have sideways compensation set to center. It should be set to left. Its in the passes tab. After changing to left, make sure compensation type is set to in computer.

Remember to change your kerf size as well. Right now its set to 10mm
