Black box

    Hi ....my black box won't connect I've tried three USB cables two computers I'm getting 24volt from the power supply the machine was working fine the day before no cross up wires didn't touch a thing it just won't connect I tried flashing it but but I was holding the mm mode button for ever and nothing changed
