So I have finally completed assembly of my machine. I built it excatly like the original model part for part. I am using a x controller and easel to run everything. I have tried manually setting the zero on the material and also tried using a z probe. When I use the z probe it runs the bit through the work piece and spoil board. When I use the manual method it doesn't go as deep and I can run out a project but its deeper then the spec I set for cutting depth. Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I'm new to this end of cnc stuff so is there a link to the calibration software and possibly like a step by step guide?

Also do you know if there is a way to do it through easel or with the x-controller?
