As stated, is there a CAD program with a built in G-code translator?? I use DesignCAD 3D to layout my designs then convert to .dxf and send it to Easel for tuning and translation to G. Most of the time, entities that I used a "snap" function to join in Design CAD, which says they are one entity, Easel sees as separate. Tried the "combine" function which works for straight lines but if used on 2 curved entities it will make one a straight line. Very frustrating!! Any reco's appreciated.

Thanks Peter; I'm playing with Vetric 2D cutout free version and it seems great. One question, which of the 6 million toolpath options do you recommend for the Open Builds controller?? Any of the .nc's?? Thanks. Sorry, don't know how I missed it. Open builds is on there toolpath chart.
