Blackbox LED red

    Hello,

    As I'm trying to get the Workbee working correctly, having made sure that everything is connected correctly, when I turn the power supply, it turns on correctly (and yes, it's set correctly to 115v), the BlackBox has the power LED turn RED (switched on or off).

    What could be the cause for this?

    The power LED goes red when you have the 24v wiring polarity wrong. + and - is swopped.
