Openbuilds 1510 workbee no power, Machine has been functioning fine but when I went to use it today there was no power to black box. only lights illuminated on the Black box is the motors enabled(thats just when plugged into usb of computer) and the router light on the table is also on. While looking closer and toggling the on/off switch of BB at one instance the unit attempted to turn on. After this I noticed applying slight pressure on the switch/ getting it in the right position and it will do again and I can hear the stepper motors hum just for a second, fan come on/other lights of black box flicker, I didn't want to do it too many time to ensure I didn't damage anything further. Possibly a problem with power switch of BB? Any further troubleshooting tips, please?
1) Double check wiring 2) Double check fuse 3) What PSU are you using 4) Any known events like something heavy hitting the switch itself that could have broken it?
Confirmed wiring is all intact and unchanged Fuse is good PSU is ;LRS-350-24 This machine is a hobby machine the only person who uses it is me and has access to it! I can confidentely say that is wasn't a result of physical damage. Can the switch be removed from the unit without desoldering from circuit board? maybe I could meter and see if it is actually opening and closing circuit properly
