    my openbuilds blackbox controller keeps losing its signal why ?

    so are you saying need to buy shielded wire ?

    Not really. Refer to the link above. There are several things to try before resorting to shielded wiring. For example shorter USB cable and spacing low voltage cabling away from EMI sources

    so are limit switches low voltage ?? and if they are keep them away from the motor cables

    Yes, limits are very sensitive low voltage logic signals.

    ok what I did is use shorter usb cable and routed the wires away from each other seems to work just fine thanz 4 the help,plus the usb cable is a ink printer cable,now about stepper motor adjustment is the b/b pre set,or do I ajust them, if so how do I DO that ?BECAUSE SOME TIMES i SEE THE RED LIGHTS COME ON

    Default is good for most machines.
    Are you skipping steps, turn it up a bit. Overheating drivers (red LED) or overheating motors (burns your hand) turn it down a bit

    Note red LED could be overheating, but not limited to it:

    no step skipping,the motors are warm to the touch,but if there not working there warm,but where I live its gets over a hundred some times,so do I need to setup a volt meter to adjust them ?

    Sounds good to me. Warm motors is normal. Burning hot is not. Warm when not working is normal too (brake condition, both coils enegised to maintain position)
