    Good Evening,

    Hi Bruce, Please post the cnc file here so we can help, what programs are you using?
    Is this the first 3D project you tried? has this happened on other projects?

    Using V-carve desktop and openbuilds control. I have done 3 or 4 3D projects and they all have done this.

    cut a circle, look for out of round and/or steps where X or Y change direction.
    once you know which axis it is (could be both) figure out what is loose and fix it. (-:
    discussed many times here in the forums, just search for the established answers
