I have searched this section of the forum for an answer but was unsuccesful.......I have succesfully got the BB to turn on/off my VFD spindle (albeit via the coolant relay), is it also supposed to be able to control the spindle speed utilizing the openbuilds Control panel as well? As of right now the only way I can control the speed is to use the VFD potentiometer.

Here is a video as well hence the question

    Thank you

There are a few existing threads. See Blackbox VFD question ***Solved: Added howto guide*** for example

VFDs differ quite a bit, dig into your user manual for your VFD and find which jumper, configuration parameter and wiring scheme is needed - they will have it somewhere in the documentation, or ask the place you bought it from. The manual should explain how to wire external 0-10v somewhere.
VFDs are quite complicated so expect to work the problem for a few hours - it can get frustrating but you will get there in the end

Other threads with valuable info (xPro uses 0-10v too, so also contains valid information): XPro v4 won't control VFD & Spindle

I've searched the forums trying to control my spindle speed. I've double checked all the VFD settings and found 1 suggestion to change PD 143 from 4 to 2. Using the tool head to connect to the vfd. M3 and M5 start and stop the spindle fine but my RPMs are low. Adjusting the 0-10v switch lets me adjust the RPMs bt it's not adjusting high enough - for example set at 1000 I'm only getting 648 max. I read in another post about removing a jumper on the black box.
