    Hi,

I just received my kitset Workbee. The 48 wheels went together ok and now I am at the part of assembling the "Y-Plate" (page 7 of the manual).

I have a problem with bolting the Acme nut blocks to the Y Plate. The holes drilling in the nut blocks are not large enough diameter for the spacer and precision shim to fit inside and therefore the blocks cannot be bolted flush onto the Y Plate.

Have I misunderstood the instructions? Anyone else had this issue and can advise me what you did.
I an reluctant to go drilling out the Nut blocks.

They don't go into the recesses, the sit flush against the outer flat surfaces. Recesses are for modular use (the nuts are used on more than one machine) so the recesses are used in other builds where you need the head countersunk.

Unless I understood you wrong :) - posting a pic would be helpful too to see the problem
