Would probably go 36V on the power supply and DQ542MA Stepper Motor Driver for the driver. That driver will leave the stepper motor just slightly under powered as it only provides 4.2A but the difference probably won't be noticeable. If you want a driver that will absolutely provide the full power I would suggest this model. Just be careful that you don't set the driver higher than what the motor desires as it could damage the motor.

    Thanks for explaining sir.

And plan i will build cnc frame with 30x60 aluminium extrusion, whether v wheel will fit with that aluminium extrusion ??
and we know the distance of 20x20 aluminum bulkhead is 6,3 mm.

Even if it does fit it will not likely wear well. The magic of the OpenBuilds V-slot is the beveled edges along the slot in the extrusion. This allows full contact of the beveled edges of the wheels against the extrusion and thus provides good wear characteristics. In that you'll only have very limited bearing on the pointed edges of the 30x60 extrusion probably won't lead to durable results.

If this is a case of you already having the 30x60 extrusions and wanting to put them to good use consider using them as the main supports with smaller 20x20 or 20x40 sections of V-slot attached to the face as the glide surface.

On its own, probably not. If that's all you can get though consider mounting it to the face of a larger, stiffer framework. Such a framework can easily be built from either aluminum extrusion or tubing. And to be clear, the 20x40 needs to be V-slot extrusion not ordinary 20x40 t-slot extrusion. The V-wheels don't work properly with ordinary t-slot.

    About GRBL sir,
I have seen many tutorials on how to use GRBL.
I saw someone using XLoader to upload hex files into Arduino.
and some do not, i mean directly using the existing tools in arduino.

what is the real difference between the two ways sir?

Sorry not an expert in that area. Maybe someone else will chime in. If not there's always the wiki. gnea/grbl

    Sir, What will happen if i use power supply 36V 10A. Whereas i using 4x nema23 4.4A.
In my mind ,if use 4 stepper motor is 4.4A x 4 = 17.6A current will need. But another reason its to expensive cost for me.
I mean .the point is the use of Current sir.
Will it work well with 10A??
