Help: How to aqcuire open build parts if you live in Asia

i would like to build a V-Slot™ Linear Actuator Build (Belt Driven) for thesis purposes.. the problem is i live in the Philippines. Is there any way that i could acquire the parts that i needed? Thanks in advance
