I am having problems with the cloned y axis dropping off randomly, this is a new ox build and ive been trying to work it out and am yet to do my first successful test piece.

ive tried upping the current draw and slowing down the speed but nothing seems to make a difference

Ive swapped the two motor outputs over and the other motor stops so to me this confirms it is on the cloned output and not motor related, Not sure on where to go from here as its frustrating

made a short video to help try explain, excuse the ums :D i paused it mid way and went to start it to show it not working but it actually came right and worked ok (usually a full power reset is required ) but you can see near the end the slave axis leds do not go and you can briefly hear the master y axis motor go but see not the clone

also the wiring is correct I just had to lengthen it, have also used shielded cable
    any help or advice appreciated.

    thanks

We are having the same exact issues as described here. We have also swapped motor leads and tested each motor individually. Any help would be appreciated.

Contact the manufacturer. They got me to try some tests and then sent out a new board. I sent the old one to them to test . New board works a treat . Sorry don't have my computer at the moment but if you need the contact message me and I'll get it when I get home .

Thanks for the follow-up. I should be able to locate the manufacturer and go through the return process. Thanks again !
