The rail is part number 9867K13 from McMaster. The carriage should show up as well when you search for that item.

Hardened steel vrails, steel wheels, and spacers cost less...if anyone was curious.

    for 1000mm
    Ptfe [email protected] per mm x 2 sides of the axis = $220 + 2 carriages @ 56.60 = $113+$220 = $333 for one 1000mm axis.

#2 Ground and hardened rails go for $1.11 an inch. matching vwheel bearings for $5.50 and eccentric and concentric for both sides total $46 for 3 concentrics on top and 2 eccentric on bottom of each side.
    Total: 4000mm/25.4=157.48"...x $1.11 =$174.8+($5.50 x 10)=$230 + $46 = $276

    +333
    -276
=57 dollar difference over the profile.

However, for the difference in price the profile is probably a lot less of a headache in the shortrun. Just trust me!

I definitely agree with you. I simply went this way to reduce moving parts, simplify, and with my steep discount it was way cheaper than v wheels.
