Hi, I have just updated my X32 blackbox to the latest SW V1.0378 and since then I am unable to control my machine. The machine was Idle and not in use when the update started.
OK thanks for the feedback, roll back to V1.0.376 please Release v1.0.376 · OpenBuilds/OpenBuilds-CONTROL Pulled V1.0.378 from the list, we are testing a new connection method to allow better operability with older controls as well, tricky one. Back to the drawing board
Thanks for the speedy reply, silly question, how do I go about back dating once I've downloaded the Software?
I received and message to update CONTROL to the latest update and now it won't run jobs. This is what I get when connecting. Not sure what to do. Re-installed V1.0378 but am still having problems with Blackbox. It seems to make the connection but it isn't retrieving the GRBL. No, If you read that thread you'd see what you needed to do. Not REINSTALL the broken version, roll back to 1.0.376 (1.0.379 will be out soon to fix the issue too but for now roll back to what worked) We are not expecting V1.0.378 to fix itself, that's why we pulled it as soon as we got the first report of an issue (in the linked thread) Then while you are on V1.0.376, it gave us time to rewrite the code, pending a release later: V1.0.379 · OpenBuilds/OpenBuilds-CONTROL@5404220
My windows 11 PC downloaded and installed V1.0.138 today, now my machine lead 1010 with X32 will no longer jog, message when jogging - "Please wait for machine to be Idle, before jogging" 1) Lightburn can home all axis with no problem, 2) rebooted windows 11, and x32 (turned off power to all) press reset on x32 Machine was last used Saturday July 13 with no issues
