Hi, for the PowerCase Kit which comes with the bundle, what kind of material is the case made of? Metal or plastic?

Can this PSU be used to power NEMA motors and controllers made by other companies using different connectors?

    Fiberglass composite

Yes as long as that controller accepts 24v

Thank you. How many pairs of stepper motor + controller can it power?

    Up to 360w.

For our motors, you are looking around 18w per motor

Do you mean I can use the PSU to drive more than one set of motor + controller as long as the total power is within 360W? I see there are only four physical output ports - + - +. So for each pair of - + ports, they can be shared with two or more controllers as long as the total power is within 360W?

Theoretically. Though impractical in some use cases.
Rather than this generic approach, how about you begin with what you actually want to do, so we can say Good idea or "have you thought about maybe..."

Right now, to control two stepper motors with synchronized movement. Later on, maybe in other projects, 4-6 motors.

What control system / stepper drivers ?
Whats the application for these two motors?
    Load / Torque Expectations?
Sync'ed as in both perform the same move, or Sync'ed as in coordinated XY motion?
Same for the final 6 - all off one controller? CNC based? (We only have up to 4 motion axes on BlackBox: X, Y, Z and A)
