This has just been the latest of the "bugs" that I have had with my LEAD 1010. Currently the cutter head believes it has move approximately 20 inches when in reality it traveled over 28 inches. How do I correct this issue (firmware is currently up to date)? Is there an adjust I can make?
Did you ever calibrate the machine after building it? Openbuilds control has a calibration "wizard" that makes it easy. However, for the most accurate calibration, calibrate over the longest distance possible. If you only calibrate using 100mm distance, you may not notice a small amout of error that will be noticeable at 1000mm.
