Hi, I am George, new to CNC routing. I have a work bee 1515 and when I was doing the probing, the following message appeared. "Error: 9 - G-code lockedout duringalarm or jog state (G4 PO.4) this error may just be a symptom of an earlier event. ALARM: 5- Probe fail. Probe did not contact the workpiece within the programmed travel for G38.2 and G38.4".
My open builds control version is v1.0.370
The probe I am using is a round type.
The probing option in the software shows a square touch probe.
Hope you understand my issue. Once again, I am totally new to CNC routing.
    Thank you.

Error 9 is a general error, usually something else has gone wrong before hand. In your case it's this:

If you're confident that your probe setup works (you can check on the troubleshooting tab) then you just need to position the probe a little closer to the work before starting the probe cycle.

Make sure to set your probe dimensions under Probe type > Custom > Gear icon on the Wizard (bottom)
