These are the pictures of the motors, sensors and plasma control connector, however the plasma is not connected to the blackbox relay right now.

The sensor that has a green box is the Z-axis sensor, however we do not have a Z motion yet.

We have a cable from the plasma machine with a label "nozzle switch" that we do not have connected as shown in one of the pictures.

Watching a configuration video, we were unable to move the axes home because it shows alarm 9.

Yes, you don't have a Z axis, default config wants to Home Z first.
Non existant Z motor never reaches Z switch so error is correct, it couldn't find the z switch

    Set $44=1
    Set $45=2
This will home X first, then Z

    Other thoughts:

    - Can't confirm or deny if its a blowback inverter from the pics. Take apart the nozzle and see if it has a movable / spring loaded electrode
    - Does all the switches have their rubber backers? (Metal frame, check that pins on switches cannot touch metal. Aluminum is anodized (nonconductive) so you may need to add more insulation so the pins on back of switches cannot short to nearby metal when bumped
    - The cut wiring near the Arc input - what are those cut ends. Unterminated wiring are culprits for EMI - even induced interference (running near high voltage cabling elsewhere, unconnected ends effectively become antennas. Unused wiring removed or earthed)

    - Can this bolt reach the topside of PCB? Hard guess from picture angle, but we are looking for something that may be shorting, and a hard bump on switch looks like it may move back and hit that bolt/nut and some SMD components can short

    - Wire management - no limits wiring etc near motor/high voltage wiring? Looks like a couple wires cable tied there, check for crosstalk and seperate signal wiring

Ready, now we have been able to run the home. Now our problem is that when trying to use soft limits, the work area is not the correct one with my system, I thought that to modify that is in " $130, $131 and $132. X-axis maximum travel, millimeters...", but it is not like that, so I can not modify the correct work area nor adjust my zero machine.

Soft Limits are not very beginner friendly, so ideally, turn it off.

You need a good understanding of the section here Frequently Asked Questions

    Basically:
    - machine jogs per cartesian standard (if not, first fix directions in $3)
    - Tell machine where switches are (in $23)
    - Set distances in Max Travel. For Z you may need to add extra as probe moves can have a target below work deck

Of course one doesn't work in machine coordinates, you Zero out the WCO with the Setzero buttons or a probe. Watch the Hello World to learn how to set Zero

It seems that we do have a retractable nozzle, but what we do not know is if it is being used, since we believe that the cables that are not connected are for that function, we understand that these cables are activated with a relay since they have continuity between them. Possibly my plasma is working with high frequency and not with low frequency since those cables are in the air.

Okay, we have isolated the solder pins as well, as they may have been making contact with each other.

What is the difference between the working zero and the machine zero, since the working zero can be modified but the machine zero I can't find how.

Thats the basis of all CNCs yes. MCO is set in stone. You have extensive reading time ahead... Learn about the CNC Coordinate Systems. Read the FAQ linked earlier. Plenty of info online. Unfortunately one has to out in some time and learn. Its and extensive topic, I cannot provide you the skills from here

As an operator you never interact with machine coordinates. Every other system you work with/in/on is an offset from machine coordinates.

    HOMING sets the machine zero.
    Home, Fusion360 and G53 Z moves
