Here - give us as much information about your machine and it's control electronics as you can and tell us what problems you are having.

The machine was a Vevor 8080. I have upgraded the router to 800w. My original controller fryed so I replaced it with a 32x. I finally got it working yesterday but the project I imported from easel was all over the place. When I tried to log on today. Now it cannot find a USB/comm port. I have it set to generic gcode. Openbuilds 1010 acro. My limits are 800. 800. 100. My right now concern is no comm suddenly. Then why my cut is off so much

It was working Friday and not working Saturday. How is this a wiring issue? Is there no one to call for real time assistance? I am a novice and had this 32X for months and have not made a single pass with it because I continue to have issues. Since it is not working what is your return policy?

Review your wiring, an accidental miswiring or short can cause the controller not to boot. Follow the instructions in the linked FAQ and do the plugs-out test as advised in section 6.3.1 - that will tell you whether that is the case. You could also have posted pictures of all your wiring if you'd have liked us to review anything for you. That is also just one point in the FAQ page, work your way through it :)

The last point of the FAQ (If the earlier steps does not resolve) is to contact the Store, so as you are still posting on the forum instead, it seems you have not worked through all the steps, or you'd have come across the last step and already continued with the store. If you haven't worked through the FAQ, the store will however direct you to it first, best to work through it now.

Please, take a moment, and work through the provided article first:
Contact Us, Return Policies, all of that information, is available at openbuildspartstore.com just follow the links along the top of the page as needed.

Did you ever find what that was? If the root cause was not located, it could have damaged another? (Bad PSU? Known wiring issue but since corrected?)
