Hi, i have received my interface and blackbox last week, gone through the documentation. I've connected the interface to blackbox via the black cable supplied. However when I power on the blackbox the interface does not seem to boot up. It shows instead a red AUX light. I've seen others power their one up and the interface lights up and goes into a boot sequence. Mine unfortunately does not.

Normally if one of the AUX leds come on, and nothing else, its a incorrectly connected, reversed cable, couldn't initially see the labelling on the pictures (answered from phone outside office hours earlier, removed) - does seem correct now that I can look it up.
