Hello, I bought mini mill and received yesterday. And I check mini mill work normally at vendor company. I installed 'Openbuilds control' at my laptop and connect mini mill but I got firmware problems. So I saw docs:blackbox:faq-usb-connection-failed [OpenBuilds Documentation] It works normally at vendor company, therefore there is no incorrect wiring. and my laptop has one port, I check device manager there is no problems. and I update driver I don't know how to connect mini mill to PC
So if it works on a different computer, the problem is something on your computer. Can it still connect on the other computer (not damaged in the meantime)? Are you sure COM9 is the BlackBox? Check by plugging/unplugging it: docs:blackbox:faq-usb-connection-failed [OpenBuilds Documentation]
