I am setting up the Lead 1010. I completed the mechanical set up instructions. I have just got all of my wiring put together to the point in the instructional video to hook my computer up to the BlackBox I have downloaded Openbuilds Control v1.0.250. Under the control tab I select Connect and receive an unknown error code 31. I can not connect to the BlackBox. What do I need to do to move past the error?

Thank you for your quick response. I found that the USB Selective Suspend needed to be disabled. I would recommend adding that to the video tutorial.
