    I can't seem to get any response from openbuilds other than to "watch this video", so I'll ask it here.

    Even with bolts loosened on all tires and eccentrics all outwards in the loosest position, One side of tires is so tight that I can't even begin to adjust the others (which do move with one finger).

    I'm sorry but I just can't wrap my head around how I can free those tight tires up any further to begin the tensioning process.

    P.S. When I try them on my clear c-beam that measures 80 on the nose, it works acceptably. i.e. I expect or am ok with some wear in before they work fully.

    When I try with the black c-beam from this workbee, which measures 80.70, no good at all.

    Is that the best solution for a machine I just spent $2145 on and have to come to the forums to get a reply for?

    I mean I can do it, but I'd probably have to go out and grab the drill bits, come back, disassemble the machine for the 100th time, try that and then it's the weekend and you're nowhere to be found again.

    No, but I did say :) its the Quickest way

    Replacing the 80.7mm C-Beams with some more in-spec would probably be better (would be good to reply to your earlier email to say that you found the C-Beam to be a little large, so the team knows what to assist with specifically, that would help speed up your issue)

    Check you Spam folder just in case they already replied, and feel free to send a reminder, I am sure the team will be happy to resolve it and are just busy checking the best way forward. In the meantime, a little modification, gets you up and running, I figured it's worth a shot to mention

    The forum is staffed over weekends, as well as the Moderators teams, and thousands of users on here many of whom would also always be happy to help out, I am sure you'll find your stay on the forum a welcome, happy, and engaging experience. We are all here to have fun and help each other out. I am on the forum over the weekends too - not because I have to, but because its fun to see what everyone's up to. Checkout the New Posts tab sometime (;
    However, some things related to orders, warranties, payments etc can only be handled by the Store (Contact Us Form) so keep that in mind, the Forum is more for the technical side: As explained here: Contact Us
