    Your making good progress.
The rods are steel going into bronze bushings and are held on with lock collars. Hopefully these pics will help you.

    Desculpe tantas perguntas. Obrigado

    hello 3DMON

I appreciate the compliment, I'm trying to be as faithful as I can to the original design, even with limited information obtained

I understood how and stuck the steel shaft, it will be difficult to make a bronze bushing'm thinking of using 4 bearings with rolling as the photo.
I have a question, you can tell me the diameter of two rods that go on top of the rolls.
Another question and the two lower rollers are made of steel? Knows inform the internal and external diameter of them still do not know how to make them, by drawing in sketchup ta giving a measurement error, this stranger.

Sorry so many questions. Thank you

The top steel rods on mine measure 15.5mm diameter but I think the original came with 5/8".
The bottom rollers are 2" diameter steel pipe but have a 1/2" steel rod in the middle.

What is the shaft diameter that the U bearing rides against? For example If you google "SG15" you will find there is a series of U Groove bearings in various sizes. SG10, SG15, SG20, SG25 etc..

for example It looks like the SG15 bearing rides on a 6mm Shaft.

I do not know how many teeth they are and it would require me to take it all apart to find out. Maybe Mark would have that answer for you.

Hello mounting of the lower rolls and I have a question, what is the distance between the roller and the Phlat table? I put a drawing to guide.
Another measure that can not be found in the assembly and 3/16 between the rollers.

I have .2372" between the rollers and .1155" from the top of the driver rollers to the top surface of the table.

I am curious how well this would work, if at all, to feed 5 mm plywood through to cut hull pieces for stitch and glue canoes/kayaks. It would be a compact way of cutting long narrow sheets.

I see no reason why not. I once did an 8' x 2" thick Phlatboyz foam sign. You may need to add a layer of foam under the play to assure a good grip.

Just the assembly in the Zip here

Just disassemble it within Sketchup and lay the parts flat. That is all that was done with the rest of the parts in the sketchup file.
