How hard would it be to add something like the C-beam to the product line, but in a size of 100mm X 60mm ? The strength and stiffness increase would allow for some pretty powerful machines. Many of the machine designs using C-beam would translate fairly easily to this size. And instead of using 6mm Aluminum for the plates, the new size would benefit from using 8 or 9mm plates.

If you're going to 60mm wide, you'd be better off going with an I-beam configuration.

The 60mm is the two sides of the cbeam, 100mm is the distance across the wide flat.
