In case you are not aware, the link posted at the time of this reply provides an error message "The requested page could not be found.".

Hi, I started a "build in progress". Apparently I have to "publish" the "build in progress' to make incremental progress visible to the rest of the community. Is this correct? Thanks.

Yes, the build will stay in draft until you decide to "publish" to the site. You can publish as "in progress" then later update to "complete". Hope this helps!

OK so this forum has me feeling like a newbie. I can (obviously) post comments/replies but I can't for the life of me figure out how to start a new thread or ask a question? Am I missing something obvious??

Simple, go to the forum of choice (in your case I'm guessing its Laser Cutters) and up in the right hand corner you should see a blue box labeled "Post New Thread".

Hi @MusaedQ8 - we've addressed an error in the configuration, and your post will now be allowed:
I've salved the text for you to avoid retyping:

Unfortunately the 0-10v circuitry is on the Brains board, it consists of Opamp circuit to change the 5v PWM circuit into a 0-10v circuit. You can look at that section of the schematic on the PDF schematics on the files and drawings tab of BlackBox Motion Control System

Something in your content is triggering automated spam prevention, or your Browser has some script/adblock plugin preventing proper functioning
Try a clean install of Edge/Chrome/Firefox

    Thank you.
I am using Safari, but it must have something to do with the content as Chrome and Firefox give the same error.
Will try to rephrase, but actually do not have a clue what could have triggered the spam filter.

I'm sure I'm making terrible language mistakes, but that's not the function of a spam filter... is it?:)
So not to ask my question about a problem with my spindle here, but what in the attached draft text triggers the spam filter?

With $31 set to 4000 offsets the scale - rather leave that on $31=0 (So M3S0 = 0v)
As is any S value from 1-4000 = 0.02v (0.04v on 0-10v) will effectively be M3S4000, except now the scale is changed too (4000-25000 maps as 0-25000). See Grbl v1.1 Configuration · gnea/grbl Wiki and Grbl v1.1 Configuration · gnea/grbl Wiki

Regarding M5 not stopping it, please check in with the Mafell vendor for advice, not sure what that could be - one would assume there 0-10v input honors 0v=stop.

    Thanks again.

It seems 0V = 4000 RPM is function, not an error. I've misread this before, so thanks for drawing my attention in the right direction.
