You'll need:
3 x 2020 V-Slot® Linear Rail
3 x 90 Hidden Tee Nut - MAKERLINK (10 Pack) (Don't want to use Makerlinks? See The Almost Perfect 3 Way Mitre (with Angle Corner Connectors) instead)

Cut your V-Slot ends to 45 deg, then turn to an adjacent side, and make another 45 degree cut, ensuring the same distance from the end (a stop-block on the other end of the rail helps a lot!). The more precise you can line up the two cuts, the better the resulting mitered corner will look once complete

Insert two of the 90 Hidden Tee Nuts into them in the way shown below

Add a second rail, and add the 3rd 90 Hidden Tee nut as shown

Note how that second 45 degree cut opens up the corner, to allow the 3rd rail to fit into the Miter
Insert the 3rd rail into the corner

Tighten all the T-Nuts after spending a couple seconds ensuring all the edges of the Miter lines up as best as they can

If you end up using this method to make a mitered corner in one of your builds, let me know in the Discussion tab! Would love to see it!
