You'll need:
3 x 20x20mm V-Slot® Linear Rail
3 x Black Angle Corner Connector
6 x Tee Nuts (25 Pack)
6 x 6mm Low Profile Screws M5

Cut your V-Slot ends to 45 deg, then turn to an adjacent side, and make another 45 degree cut, ensuring the same distance from the end (a stop-block on the other end of the rail helps a lot!). The more precise you can line up the two cuts, the better the resulting mitered corner will look once complete

Join two of the rails with a 90 deg Corner Connector as shown
![]()
Add two more 90 deg Corner Connectors on the open side of the miter
![]()
Insert screws + t-nuts and then Insert the upright into the corner
![]()
Tighten and adjust the miter until all the edges line up as good as they can

If you end up using this method to make a mitered corner in one of your builds, let me know in the Discussion tab! Would love to see it!
